Chevening is the UK government’s international awards scheme aimed at developing global leaders.
Funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organizations, Chevening offers two types of awards:
Chevening Scholarships and Chevening Fellowships – the recipients of which are personally selected by British Embassies and High Commissions throughout the world.
Chevening offers a unique opportunity for future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers from all over the world to develop professionally and academically, network extensively, experience UK culture, and build lasting positive relationships with the UK.
- Chevening Scholarships are offered in over 160 countries and territories and are awarded to outstanding future leaders to pursue a one-year Master’s degree in any subject and at any UK university.
- Chevening Fellowships Chevening Fellowships are offered to mid-career professionals who have reached a position of influence and want to increase their knowledge, networks, and potential through tailored short courses at UK universities.
